Researchers in South Korea are getting ready to test a trial train which can travel at near the speed of sound.

This train can travel at the rate of 1000 KM PER HOUR.

Korea Railroad Research Institute told the Korea Times that “”We plan to make a ultra-quick train, which will go inside a best in class low pressure tube at lightning speeds, not long from now”

“Keeping that in mind, we will co-work with related organizations and also Hanyang University to check the viability of differently related technologies called the hyper-tube design throughout the following 3 years”

This technology is known as “HyperTube” and it based on the Hyperloop.

Hyperloop was first proposed by Elon Musk in 2013.

It will include travelers going in cases suspending inside massive cylinders/tube, encompassed by a pad of air.
